Rizal Liannto Pranoto, Piano
Rizal Liannto Pranoto started his musical journey when he was 4 years old. Born in Semarang in 2003, Rizal had studied under Midya Wirawan, Johannes S. Nugroho, and Iswargia R. Sudarno. He also actively participated in piano masterclasses under many international outstanding pianists.
His musical ability was recognized widely and led him to win many prizes since the second year of his piano study. Winning the 1st prize at the Pianohouse International Online Piano Competition (New York) was among his latest achievements. Furthermore, Rizal won a scholarship to advance his piano playing at the Musikhochschule Lübeck (Germany) under Prof. Manfred Aust from his first year to present.
Despite winning the 3rd prize of the Indonesia International Piano Competition 2019 - Professional Junior Category, he also explored the popular music world and gained another achievement as the 1st runner up of Indonesia Mencari Bakat in 2021.
